Best Denver Boudoir

I sat down to write this blog post on a casual Saturday at one of the communal tables at Union Station — one of my favorite parts of Denver to get a little bit of work done outside of my home — and had no idea how hard it was going to be.

That is because the powerhouse of a woman in these images is one of my very best friends.  When you photograph someone of that stature, words are hard to come by.  The friendship I share with this lady is one for the books, and it’s hard to put down in writing just how important someone like that is to you.

The moments I’ve shared with M have been some of the best of my life.  Red Rocks concerts.  Trips to Vegas.  Wig parties.  90s night at Ophelia’s.  Windy backseat rides in the convertible.  Sweaty-ass workouts at the gym.  Makeup mayhem.  Weekday lunch dates.  The trust tree (in the nest).   So.  Much.  Dancing.  

I was also incredibly fortunate to take part in their wedding day as their photographer.  It is such an honor to be part of someone’s life at such an intimate level that not all friends can participate in.  From engagement photos, to the wedding day, to these boudoir images, it has been an absolute joy to document many different parts of this woman’s life.
