I’m often asked which products are the most popular. The answer is always the same: albums! My most popular package, the Beauty Collection, features an album (or a glass box of prints), all the digital images from your collection (over 50), and a $100 gift card to use in the future, either for boudoir or family photos.
Because I do so many of these, I figured I’d share a little background info on Denver boudoir album design! This gorgeous gal let me feature her photos for this post. Below are all the images she selected for her boudoir album design, followed by the pages themselves. I’ll let the photos do the talking!
Her choices:
Those are some banger images, am I right?!
And here is how we arranged them together during our virtual reveal on Zoom. It’s easiest to envision what the album looks like if you think of a lay-flat crease running down the middle to divide the pages.
Pages 1 and 2; I love creating a triptych to fill the pages with your images:
Pages 3 and 4:
Pages 5 and 6; another favorite layout of mine is using a full body shot like this:
Pages 7 and 8:
Pages 9 and 10; I don’t mind mixing color and black + white if you don’t!
Pages 11 and 12:
Pages 13 and 14:
Pages 15 and 16; when I can, I’ll crop your images into squares to take up more real estate on the album pages:
Pages 17 and 18; the perfect balance between color, black and white, close-up, and full body!
Pages 19 and 20; the grand finale!
And that’s the ballgame! Another stunning album out the door for a stunning client. Can’t wait to whip one of these up with you!

Hair and makeup: Done by my go-to hair and makeup team, KimJ Beauty!
Product ordered: This beauty ordered the always popular Beauty Collection with an upgrade to her album! Instead of an 8×8, she opted for a 10×10. The icing on the cake? She selected the black crocodile cover option to top it all off. Extra spicy!
Retouching level selected: Light to medium, aka Photographer’s Choice. I have a pretty light hand when it comes to retouching. I don’t want you to look at the photos and you don’t recognize yourself! I try to stay away from over-smoothing your skin and only retouch what’s absolutely necessary. Clients always have the final say in what their retouching looks like. We don’t print anything until you absolutely love how the final edits look!
