From personal experience, I am aware of just how hard it can be to accessorize any outfit. On a daily basis, I wear anywhere from exactly zero accessories to one simple, hammered rose gold ring from Judith & Joe. Anything beyond that is out of my league, and thus, I’ve relegated myself to just being one of those women who really isn’t into accessories. And I’m okay with that.
But man do I envy those who can accessorize.
Enter Mrs. G. She’s a renowned Denver hair and makeup artist and as such, homegirl for sure knows how to put a look together. Especially one in your undies. We did a shoot at the home studio this past January and I was so impressed by the jewelry she paired with her first outfit that I knew I had to make a post about it.
Separately, each piece of this ensemble is actually quite subtle in nature. But together? The classic black satin bra, the soft gold shimmer on the bottoms, and the delicate gold jewelry all come together to make a powerful and sexy statement. Everything is balanced here, and overall, the look absolutely slays.
Hats off to Mrs. G for crafting a stylish and sultry boudoir outfit out of just a few key items. Do you see yourself wearing a lot of accessories at your own boudoir shoot?
