This is one of my favorite little nooks in my home studio.  Just in front of the south-facing window and the exposed brick wall of my 1896 Highlands condo.  The morning light is always what I need it to be, and the brick adds the perfect amount of urban texture to my wonderful clients’ images.

Hair and makeup:  Done by my always-reliable hair and makeup team, KimJ Beauty!  We’ve known each other and worked together for over a decade at this point — I wish I could remember exactly when and where we met, back when I was full-time with weddings!  Kim + her team worked a total of sixty-two shoots with me last year.  Sixty-two!  I’m so grateful to know an incredible hair + makeup team who knows exactly what my clients want and need for their boudoir hair styling and makeup application.

Products ordered (this is a recent addition to my blog posts!  I’m including this so any potential clients can get an idea of what my gals like to order once they see their photos at the reveal date): The Beauty Collection, which is my most popular product package.  It includes an 8×8 lay-flat heirloom album with 20 images on 20 pages, and all the digital images from the session.  This gal also added on a custom retro viewfinder to her package.
